These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Takabet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the Takabet platform, accessible at takabet.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Takabet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Takabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the Takabet platform associated with a unique email address, username, and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds and/or bonus funds credited to a User's account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by Takabet under specific promotion terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under international licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the Takabet website, mobile-optimised interface, games library, betting engine, cashier, and associated systems.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the User using approved payment methods, credited to the Account and available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total volume of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the Company has determined that offering its services is legally impermissible or commercially unviable.

To register and maintain an account on the Takabet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Takabet enforces a 21+ minimum age policy in line with international standards for casino-style gambling platforms. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party or commercial entity.
• You have not previously had an account on the Takabet platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as determined by the Company from time to time.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of the Company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Takabet platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Takabet promptly of any material changes.

KYC Verification Requirements

The Company is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. KYC verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications bill); and
• A contemporaneous selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

Verification documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are inconclusive. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Takabet will never ask you for your password, PIN, or one-time passcode (OTP) through any communication channel. Takabet accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Visa/Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB). The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are denominated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the payment method is cryptocurrency, in which case conversion is applied at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at time of transaction confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of transaction.

Deposits are made for the purpose of betting and entertainment only. The Company does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to source.

Users may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis during normal processing hours, with e-wallet methods typically completing within 5–30 minutes of approval.

Conditions for Withdrawal

• The User's account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to claimed bonuses must have been satisfied in full;
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the daily or weekly withdrawal limits applicable to the User's account tier;
• The account must be in good standing — free from any ongoing investigation, dispute, or detected policy violation;
• For first-time withdrawals, the method used must correspond to the primary deposit method (anti-money-laundering compliance).

Processing Times

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: 5–30 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Same business day, up to 3 working hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB): 10–60 minutes, subject to network conditions

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security or AML checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. Such checks may extend processing time. Users will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to extended review.

Takabet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing registered players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet caps, expiry periods, and maximum cash-out limits.

The following general rules apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the platform explicitly permits bonus stacking;
• Maximum stake per bet whilst Bonus Funds are active is MYR 250–500 depending on the specific promotion — exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%;
• Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date);
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Users who have already claimed and activated a promotion will complete it under the terms at the time of activation.

All sports wagers, casino game outcomes, and instant game results on the Takabet platform are final once confirmed by the system. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the odds and conditions displayed at the time of wager placement.

Takabet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome where:

• The odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or human data-entry mistake ("palpable error");
• The event was cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the governing sporting body;
• There is reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of placement (insider advantage);
• The bet was placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction on the platform.

In the event of a palpable error, the Company will void affected bets and return stakes to the respective account balances. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting behaviour and risk profile.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Takabet platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in creating accounts to circumvent exclusion or account limits;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner without prior written consent;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer table games;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or fraudulent payment methods.

All content on the Takabet platform — including but not limited to the Takabet brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game content, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from any platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Takabet and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in the User's account at the time the claim arises.

The Company does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Takabet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not an appropriate vehicle for generating income, addressing financial hardship, or resolving debt.

Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools, available at all times through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Loss Limits — restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform.

Takabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy);
• The User is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the User or an authorised third party acting on the User's behalf.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be temporarily withheld. Upon conclusion of the investigation, verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the User through the original payment method where no breach is found, or forfeited where a material breach of Terms is confirmed.

Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Real Money balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering obligations.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or by way of a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Takabet platform following the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request closure of your account prior to the effective date.

The Company recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, as determined by its international licensing arrangements. The Company does not represent or warrant that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction in which a User may be resident.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Takabet platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be achieved informally within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
